Alki Tidal Walk, Seattle, WA
On Friday, the sound experienced a neap tide. A neap tide is when the sun cancels out the pressure of the moon, resulting in the water level dropping to its minimum (thanks jamie). The peak was some time around 10 pm and, despite a full moon, headlamps were a necessity to see anything.
