Diggin in the files

Making this website has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. The freedom allowed by creating a new personal space is truly inspiring. I even broke out my huge box of negatives from the analog days. Its been fun reliving the past. I can clearly remember taking at least one of the exposures in all of these doubles. Looks like i was batting .500. big ups to the camera, film, and the magic that makes it happen.

{ Late Night Post }

A couple pics for everyone up at 130 right now. Shouts go out to Jomo for bringing the good ol boys to her yard for some milkshake, the four square misfit crew, and taj mahal for writing 'corrina,' definitely my favorite song for the next month or so. These three, are about the good times with people who mean something. Live it up!
Oh, and lastly, here's to 1980 Figg. I hope she treats you well.

Art Supplies

I started overseeing a photo club of sorts. Images of the participants can't be published, for the most part. Maybe I'll find something I can put here. They have art supplies too.

Cowen Wedding

Last weekend Figg and I shot a wedding together. Val and Tom had a beautiful ceremony in Santa Clarita. It was a blast and hopefully we can do it again soon!

Down and Out

As in, under the radar. As in, slow moving. Sick as a dog, is the term that comes to mind. I am sure that must spell it out for you by now. On our travels in Jackson, the weary group of us picked up a deathspell and have been nearly bedridden for the past week. Looking back, I can honestly say that was the most severe bout of sickness I have faced in years. Years! Anyway, I think the push of the past session as well as the excitement of other events currently happening in my life have played a factor in weakening my immune system before heading up to the high country. Of course, it could have just been the partying. Regardless, it sure is a fun place.
