White Bread, Seattle, WA

I've become pretty good at making one certain type of dough over the last couple of months. The dough has good elasticity and texture and can pretty much be used for anything, so after acquiring a bread pan from a friend, I decided to try my hand at a sandwich loaf. It was a lesson in patience as I'm still pretty sure that I didn't wait long enough before baking, but its pretty good nonetheless. My love and passion for eating tasty food is (luckily) shared with Jamie, so in the end she is supportive of all of my efforts in the kitchen. Here is my first loaf hot out of the oven, with a salami sandwich lurking in its future.
